So I impact these actual mismatched unerect problem and also impact other problems when I essay to sleep, people are ever nagging me in the house because I can't rest but... I can't FORCE myself! So 1 mismatched problem is how I sometimes get asleep although it's not period so I essay to hold it, finally when it's period I don't see asleep 1 bit, then at around 12-2am it'll impact me really hard and then I consequence up caretaker tired at 6am for school. Another problem is when I'm lying in intense facing up! The backwards of my nous hurts no matter how easy the bed is.. I also see like I'm really conscious when my place gets warm, it also irritates my nous but the bigger problem is my back-side nous hurting when I'm unerect faced up. But yeah... Sleeping schedules are whacked.. The backwards of my nous is actual conscious to birthing down on it and to vaporisation pillows, I ever move my place around to get the algid part, it feels such more comfortable. I hate feeling lazy for school.. I don't poverty to impact to take pills my whole life, that would be a actual b*tch. :(

Haa, ya that would be a b*tch. Anyway, the solution to your inability to start insensible apace is to listen to quiet music. I utilised to lie in bed for up to digit HOURS before I would start asleep. Then one night put an Indian music CD in my cd player and I was unerect in 15 minutes !! The CD I have is entirely instrumental (means it has no words) and the main instrument played is the pan flute. Get a CD that fits those descriptions and you'll be good :)
