Go to your GP, they module do all they can to help. This haw hit something to do with the trauma of your loss, but then again haw not be. I hit epilepsy and I occasionally wake up light headed and dizzy. (Not saying you hit it, just letting you know).

My sympathies for your loss. It could hit something to do with what you are feeling. Depression is a hard abstract and can manifest in many ways. Definitely try speaking to a doctor. Be sure to tell them not only everything you are physically suffering through, but also about the emotional trauma that you hit experienced, too. That will help them to better treat the symptoms you are having.
