things i know of how to get taller: - sleep - eat vegetables that acquire straight up (haha idk thats what my mom said) - eat wholesome meals and as for the concentrate vs. liquid part of my question: i know concentrate is good for brawny bones and teeth but does it ease apply for a 15 yr old? i thought that was only applicable if u were ease young as in lyk 5 yrs old or 7 yrs old. would drinking liquid b better? cuz i know a lot of teens dont get sufficiency liquid daily. so which is better? concentrate or water? which one would help me acquire taller too? lol thx
