 Why do I feel more famished after I've ate?

It's only been going on a couple of weeks but it's really galling and it's making me see fruitful lol but candidly what could be the reason? I am quite a fussy eater so o only stick to the same foods everytime much as pasta herb soup tater waffles dish and eggs and its same 5-10 nous after I take it comes about and I'm not same obsessed with eating food but I have the amount I should if you no what I mean

ur bored so u eat.. go on a diet and training program..should mend that a tad
