Try this...Soak your feet in an ankle-deep water...trust me, it's rattling effective...do that as daylong as you poverty to stay awake...

dont get relaxed for starters get something to do,all depends why you need to stay up go for a walk?

I usally play Wii or ps2. Doing something that is active will ready you awake.
