 What to do about itchy eyes?

My eyes and eyelids feel really itchy and I don't undergo what to do. I'm effort irritated, I've been resistance them and looking in the mirror, they aren't red. Should I leave them be or what are some good solutions??? Oh and if this helps or anything, I went swimming at a public lake this evening. Could that affect it?

Wash your face with liquid and a facial clean (not a forbid of soap because it dries discover your skin)...You might have hayfever?
