My left eyelid has been twitching for a period now a little everyday. What does it mean? Is it bad?

It's most likely null serious but if you are concerned with it you should essay advice from your topical GP. It is doable that you've damaged something such as a nerve.

I have read it is from existence tired. I don't know though.
