 so, i've been really, rattling tired lately, and i'm wondering if its normal?

i'm 13 years old. and i crapper rest for 5 or 14 hours and i still feel the same amount awake. is it normal?

Tell your mom/dad now please. You strength have mono. (short for a long articulate I can't spell) Anyway. Its a sickness that makes you tired for awhile. you could be contagious. Tell them you crapper be checked for monaural at the docters office and they will give you a medicine

It is commonly known that over unerect can cause you to feel rattling sleep. A regular routine of going to bed at most 9 and waking up at most 6 is all you really need around your age, if you don't go to bed at a reasonable instance it may just be a side affect. Another think could be : a) Your depressed and may be suffering from depression b) It could just be part of you growing up. When I was your age and going into puberty I felt rattling bushed quite often and I detected that my friends were the same. All signs saucer to it being a connatural stage in chronicle but If your worried it is best to talk to someone, a parent , or if you are uneasy most talking to your parents theirs your topical GP or doctor, or your friends.

It's most likely to be a simple growth side-effect than a medical condition. At your age to around 18+, you're rapidly growing. Therefore, you feel the need for more sleep, and feel more tired than usual. That's ground people feature it's so important to get rest at your age. Stay on track and get a aggregation of sleep, and you shouldn't have some problems. If it gets worse or starts to majorly gist you, analyse with a doctor. Luck.
