 Why am I spasm same this?

This is a rattling unearthly question....I know...but still...Every erst in a while I will start spasm in haphazard places. I don't know ground this happens. Sometimes, my eye will spasm and I can't get it to stop. Usually it's somewhere on my face but every erst in a while it will be somewhere on my leg or arm or something. Does anybody know what this is?

this is normal, it happens to me too...most of the instance it is caused by stress
