 Im sick, and i feel like i have to throw up?

My stomach and ness are informing me to throw up. Should i throw up? I feel same i need to throw up so that i can get that feeling out of my stomach.

yeah u should intercommunicate up, after u do, ur stomach would feel so such lighter. dont take anything hard to digest, i recommend congee, if u dont know wat it is, its rice boiled in water and its same soup when its ready. hope this helps and feel better :D
