My throat hurts, my nose is clogged, but I can ease smell, I'm sneezing, and feeling fatigue. It's been feat on for weeks. Could it be HIV?

Sounds like a flu. Flus can terminal that long. Doubt its HIV.

No HIV, You have a rattling bad algid and maybe an infection in your sinuses. It is not the flu in my opinion since it is mostly algid symptoms. Try attractive a decongestant to unstuff your nose. Find some algid medicine and if you are not better in a week or you get worse, go see a Dr in case you have an infection and need antibiotics. Don't verify antihystamines, they will stuff you up and dry you out and you won't get rid of that stuffy nose. Also a humidifier in your room at night may support you breathe.
