I can't sleep, my throat hurts soo bad!! I've been having pain swallowing my saliva because its embellish very painful, so I started expulsion my saliva out, BUT than my throat got really dry so I drank somw lemonade and it burned really badly, now I'm up can't sleep, no medicine, only cold n flu and halls cough drops...but it doesnt help! some med recommendations or remedies? PLEASE

I am sure that you hit a beatific reason for not going to the ER (or not), but there is a few things you can try... 1. Pain killers: Have you proven to verify whatever Tylenol or ibuprofen to attain the discompose sufferable until morning? If you hit a prescription for something (in your name of course) with a taste of depressant in it (Tylenol-3 or Vicodin), then if the discompose is bad verify it. Assuming you do not hit any prescription painkillers, I'd verify 3 Ibuprofen personally. 2. Drink something warm: As much as swallowing can hurt, not swallowing anything at every causes the mucous membranes to become irritated and dry. Drink whatever warm tea, coffee, milk, blistering chocolate, etc... You want it just warm sufficiency to be comfortable, not steaming hot. 3. Booze: Some people feel beverage has topical discompose relieving effects. You crapper gargle with blistering water with some briny , it crapper be done trice or twice in a day (morning and period most perfect) till you feel some relief of pain. continue for 3 to 5 days
