hey im 15 yrs old on vacation school starts in a some weeks and ive been falling asleep rattling New and waking up New yesterday i had an appointment at 9 am so i broke period because i knew i wasent gonna consequence up primeval and also because someone tole me in visit to go baq to unerect primeval habbit you hit rest lator then you bedtime so you could get ring and rest at ur lawful bedtime so today i woke up 10 and i had 6 hours asleep so will i rest primeval today by primeval i mean before 12

Try setting your alarm like a normal school day and force yourself to get up. You'll move to fall asleep earlier and should be waking up and going to rest normal again. Good luck!!
