 My hips hurt rattling bad... help!?

Okay, so i woke up this morning and when i got out of bed my hips for some think were killing me. It hurts really intense to walk or make any movement in the hip area. Im dustlike if im just sitting ease but when i go to advise it hurts. What could this be from?
