im playing drums for myself for two eld in technical death metal.for about one year,i've had every my practice on the expose with my sticks.now im feeling whatever intense hooligan sores within my left hand.what should i do?isnt that gonna end?

You might need to take a break and let your hand heal up - it's probably just bruised and continuing to play drums (especially as aggressively as modification metal requires) is preventing it from getting better. Consider getting some sticks that have rubber grips - or wrap your sticks to ready your hands from taking as much abuse. Also try doing some carpal delve and carpus exercises (especially before you are feat to play) - they are rattling simple, and can ready your hands from cramping up or damaging your tendons.
