I don't think that's something I ever intellection of before, but yes. I think you're right. I think boys and girls put on more muscle AND fat in arms and legs during puberty. Women get thicker thighs and hips and start to look like women

i've never heard of that, but puberty is assorted for everyone so i presume its possible.
