ok so when im troubled i get displeased like vomit if i kno i hit a presentation coming up in skool i ever end up pukeing i slope even hit a bf or talk 2 a guy without effort troubled and effort displeased nd now im ever effort car displeased its like i ever hit a breadbasket ache but especially wen im nervous.

Sometimes its psychological. Don't think about it too much. People undergoes being in face of class. You are not alone.. Just don't think it too much. You need to have confidence.
