She is 10 years old and I am taking care of her for a few days but she came up to me and said her earring hurt and when I checked it it was pussy I put on whatever peroxide then whatever neosporin but it was infected so bad it actually started to eat at the hole in her fruit and left a crater. She said her mom hasnt let her take it discover in a few months did I do the right thing? I feel like its ease exposed even though theres penalization on it.

The earring needs to be removed immediately. It sounds same she has an allergy to the metal used in the earring post. She needs either actual gold, silver, or titanium earrings to prevent this kind of incident in the future. If the incident is as intense as is sounds, you haw need to remove some earrings altogether until it heals (rubbing alcohol and neosporin should do the trick) and then a meliorate quality earring can be used.

That happened to my daughters ear. the doctor told me to rub some glycerin on it then sprinkle over some Potassium Permanganate, you can intend these at any pharmacy/chemist. It was absent in most 48 hours.
