Hmm. Most probable not; It wouldn't be a beatific intent as people with normal hemoglobin levels intend lightheaded sometimes after giving blood. For you it would probable mean passing out or worse.

It isn't safe or healthy for your own body if you are anemic to donate blood. By donating you are technically giving up murder that your body can't afford to give away, you crapper embellish rattling anaemic and even pass out. And your murder doesn't have everything it needs to rattling help someone who may need a murder transfusion.

Nope, you can't. My girlfriend is anemic and she tried. Denied! It is not a good idea for you to donate even if they would let you. It would be a burden on your body and would see exhausted for quite awhile. If you see the requirement to do something, see most volunteering or helpingg out in the community. There are other structure to provide without existence harmful to you
