I hit been on anti-depressants for 4 years now. I am trying to conceptualise a child and was conversant by my doctor do discontinue use of ALL anti-depressants because of the fact that at this point in instance there are NO material information to prove that anti-depressants are safe for the fetus. So i am coming soured my meds. I am experiencing extremely horrible mentality shivers that are making my modify delusional at nowadays they r so bad. I was attractive 150mg effexor and now im downbound to 10mg . My embody can't for some reason "Kick" the terminal 10mg without causing these horrible mentality shivers. But i need to intend disembarrass of it. Please help if you hit been in the same situation or undergo an answer for me. If i try to kibosh for 1 period i intend the mentality shivers...i undergo the terminal person that commented said not to abruptly stop, but it has been a gradual thing.

Are you destined you DR said to stop cold dud ???? 150 to 10... NO Typically you lesson your dose over a couple weeks time and this will ellimnate the brain shivers and possibilty of a siezure from abruptly stopping. Now I don't know what you are/were taking but if strong sufficiency to cause brain shivvers I am forward this is the case. Call your DR NOW and or PHARM. DR 1st Probably need to get backwards on.. and wean off. Don't try to concieve right away. Give yourself 30-60 days to flush preferable 60days using lots of uncolored anioxidents. GL ADD'L.. Effexor does this, and it sucks. Unfortunately. Brain Shivers are unbelievably unpleasant, but fortunately are not in some way shape or form dangerous. And your student is correct. Most antidepressants are in maternity category C - which means we have no intent if they're safe for ingest in maternity and the student should ingest his own judgement. This largely relies on wether the mother module mutant discover if they're removed. Unfortunately there's not a aggregation OTC that module help. You can try 5HTP, but that's really unlikely to help. What's actually the best way to eventually get soured Effexor is a prozac taper. SSRI hangs around in your system and is removed tardily - such more tardily than Effexor. So what you do is take your last Effexor, then ~12 hours later take a dose of prozac. The prozac is tardily removed from your body, which provides a such easier withdrawal than just cutting that last bit of Effexor. This does not impact for everyone, but it works for a -lot- of them. You'll have to talk to your student to get a prescription for digit or two pills of prozac.
