Is taking 1000-1500 mg of Vitamin Supplements with Claire Blanche 5-in-1, 2x a day, safe? Im scared about the vitamin supplements are they safe? are they meet same vitamin c compressed into a preventive or something? Help please.

ADEK are the fat solluble ones and you should refrain overdosing on them. Most minerals are also dangerous at high levels. B vitamins are pretty much idiot proof, even if you verify way too some you just piss them out, since they are water solluble.
