Hispitals and medication drugs become right after cancers and heart attacks/strokes. Wrongly filled prescriptions account for a high death rate---and conceive it or not, so do hospitals. Yes.. you can abuse any verify defy it is prescribed or not.. There is a rise in youth taking whatever pills they can find.. Some people do not need the medications that they think they do and some doctors should not prescribe certain meds as easily as they do. overdose is the key word here, this is the vary reason why we have drugs which require a prescription to take. so far as what we should do most it, another than education i don't conceive there is such we can do without infringing on personal privacy or making it artefact to awkward for the ill.
