When I use my neti pot at night, I wake up the next morning not congested. If I don't use the neti pot, the next day I am every congested.

It could be for some folks, but it doesn't beatific like that's what you're handling with. An addiction would mean that you felt compelled to keep using it, regardless of whether it helped or not, maybe even if it created ill effects. But if you're using it at night, and it leads to a better morning, I can't imagine there's any harm in it. Is healthy food addictive? A beatific night's sleep?

No, that's completely normal. It's along the same lines as if you expiration your look when it's full to get the snot out... then notice that your look is stuffed up when you don't expiration your nose. I'm not trying to be patronizing at all, I'm serious... that's essentially what the Neti Pot does. It washes discover your sinuses so they don't get stuffed up in the prototypal locate (like blowing your look from the inside)... if you don't use the Neti Pot, you're more likely to be congested. Just same blowing your nose, you can opt to or opt not to... if you opt not to, you'll hit to worry about the snot.
