It is OTC so you hit null to vexation about. If it did become up which im almost positive it wouldn't, they would conceive you were attractive it for a cold. No worries, but I don't know why people like dxm. I dislike the feeling.

DXM has been known to cause simulated positives for individual drugs, usually PCP, although some say DXM has caused them to effort positive for opiates (DXM is an opioid) and cocaine. Check out erowid.org for more information.

I don't know how daylong it stays in your system, but it's extremely unlikely that any standard urine-administered drug effort would notice DXM. If your on some SUPER drug effort and it happens to notice it, meet feature you had a really intense cold and were drinking cough syrup like crazy for the past month.
