hi im a teenager im -1.50 on each receptor last time i checked but i stoolie my eyes have improve a little bit from then. is there a artefact i can intend back to normal?

Wearing your glasses will meliorate your receptor sight, I know it sounds dopy but what I mean is if you dress your glasses for a long period of time and maybe dress them every day, in the long run your receptor sight will improve. My little brother wore glasses when he was younger, because he wore them a lot, he now doesn't need to dress glasses.

Eat more carrots, not look at the machine all day, Get out and do some eye exercises. going out on a sunny day, don't impact in dark areas etc

buy a pair of those Pinhole glasses, exercise with that process take some Vitamin A, Beta Carotene, Silicia Gel, Carrot Seed Oil.
