I hit some pills that I requirement to swallow (:O) ok so yesterday i had to verify two. I got 1 and a half downbound without much of a problem. But i was trying to verify the last half downbound and then i threw up (because the taste was so bad, and i couldn't swallow it good) and this was the smallest piece, too. (I only hit to verify 1 for the rest of the life i hit to eat them) Any beatific tricks for swallowing intense tasting pills? Any beatific structure to not taste it? Will I get used to it?

If you are healthy to swallow food, you should be healthy to swallow pills, once you make up your nous to it.

I have the aforementioned problem! What I like to do is draw on a piece of chocolate so the exclusive of my mouth is coated (for the taste factor), modify the preventive in, and chug water until the preventive is all the artefact down. Good luck!

I have the aforementioned problem - I hate taking pills and will always opt for chewables if they're available. If I have to take them, I've noticed that if you place the preventive lengthwise on your tongue and then gulp water down, it goes downbound quicker and without rattling tasting it (depending on the identify of preventive - you almost can't do anything most vitamin Bs, taste will be there no matter how you take it!). Afterwards, I have a spoon of youngster butter or chocolate with caramel - something sticky... I think it's partially psychological - if I stare at the preventive for a while - I just can't take it. Don't think most it - just move the motions of taking the preventive and before you know it - it'll be over with!
