I've heard a lot about Iodine recently, and that it is good to verify as a fare supplement. I bought whatever recently, but i'm a little bit worried about taking it. Has anyone conventional some benefits from it, and is it completely safe to take.

Lugol's Iodine isn't witting as an internal Iodine product... it's witting for external use (which is the "Talisman only" listing on the bottle)... same the old fashioned way to clean wounds. Based on research I've done, it's innocuous to take internally, but only in small doses. You should be healthy to call the 800-number on the bottle to avow just how much, but it's normally 1 drop every 2-3 days or so from what I've read. Personally, I conceive a daily pill or some other daily dosage is best for the body, but to each their own. Good luck and I hope I helped!

As far as I know, you can intend every the halogen you need from iodinized salt. Look at the packaging, It will say if the salt contains the halogen or not.
