I really think you should contact the manufacturer. It may still be under warranty! Doing it yourself can be a VERY delicate operation and may just vacuum that warranty.

I find old VCR's and TV's are a mine of parts that work great with my old Jarvy. No need for a manuel,, it's all mix and match

My friend, if you have an example Robert Koffler Jarvik staged heart, a great collectors component among the science museum set, you should delude that puppy, take all your player money and equip it in all the newer versions out there, the new and improved versions that actually work. You'll get rich, or richer (whichever applies). FYI: If I ease had my example K-Pro Build It Yourself Computer I could delude that thing and acquire three dozen new. shiny ultra-fancy smancy PCs. If I ease had my old TRS-80 (lovingly called the 'Trash-80) I could maybe get $6.00 for it at a yard sale.

LMAO! A lot of physics and engineering has gone into that, you know! ... Forget the "do-it-yourself" Jarvik-7 manual; upgrade to an AbioCore for higher performance and easier maintenance. ... Happy Artificial Feelings! lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cScFsxul7KU&feature=related .
