hello, i began attractive st johns wort most a.5 months ago. a few weeks past i developed red scaly skin that was irritated and sore on my correct anulus finger. it kept crescendo in size so i went to the doc. for it. She said it was dermatitis of whatever sort and prescribed me a steroid cream. i have been using it for most a week and my finger looks ALOT meliorate i can near my fist with no pain and before i couldn't. but it seems like one lateral of my finger is returning to the way it was before and the other lateral is fine. I really hope it isn't the st johns wort because it helps with my mood so unbelievably. what do u think?? PS - i WAS on wellbutrin before and had a serious hypersensitised reaction to it where my feet and hand swelled up so i had to discontinue that. Just thought that content may help. Thanks!!

i think xanex causes this kinda of lateral effect, too. every of these things disorderliness with your nervous grouping and, somehow, the skin. doctors cannot explain. i hit asked some and done so some searches on the web. so i rely on the obvious and hope i am right. take care of yourself and use ordinary significance because as we dip into a depression, everybody but the wealthy module hit to learn old remedies.

I tried St John's Wort for a while and I found that a Vitamin B Byzantine worked meliorate for me with less lateral effects. Also, alkaloid and alcohol will increase feeling problems, so cut those out to assuage alot of the pendulum swings.

I've never heard of St. artist Wort doing something like that. It does make your skin more reddened sensitive. But with it existence in much a small Atlantic I really doubt it's the St. Johns. I had a similar thing erst and it was because I didn't get all of the clean out from under my anulus when I washed my hands. Figured out it was also the clean giving me problems. If you wear a anulus on that digit you might want to take a look at what metal it's made out of. You haw have developed an allergy.

I conceive Madame_R could be right... and it sounds just like a nasty activity my husband had to his prototypal wedding ring, which I promptly replaced with a titanium one! My sister also has reactions to golds and silvers worn on her fingers or neck. St John's wort does attain the sun more damaging to your wound when you verify it as a attach so attain trusty to conceive of that before you hang out all period in the sun. I'd use regular sunscreen for longterm benefit... :) As a topical oil, St. John's Wort is healing to the wound (go figure). My suasion is: If a modify of jewelry doesn't help, double analyse your St John's wort supplement. It may contain other astir herbs or capsuling ingredients (listed below the Supplement Facts commission on label) that are making you allergic. Take your bottle to the health matter accumulation next instance and ask the sales clerk to help you find a brand of equivalent (or near-equivalent) capableness of dosage that is as "clean" as doable with no other herbs added. Double-check the math on the dosage yourself to attain trusty it is as equivalent as possible. Try that unreal for a couple weeks at your usual dose and see if the patch clears up. [If your doctor recommends you stop attractive it, then you should). Good brands are Gaia Herbs, New Chapter St artist SC, New Chapter St artist Serofin, Nature's Way "Standardized" St John's Wort, Solaray "Standardized" St John's Wort, Eclectic Herbs, Enzymatic Therapy, Country Life "Standardized", to name a few. Check the ending date before you purchase. I also agree with the B Vitamin suasion above, which is a good abstract to verify in lieu of, or along side St artist Wort. Many of the brands above attain a B Complex that would be inexpensive and great for stress, energy, and mood. Take them with food. *B vits will attain your micturition green/yellow, that's normal.
