i've proven teas, exercise,all of those things mentioned,sleeping pills.I'm afraid of sleeping pills. i've found Melatonin works the best.It's such safer than sleeping pills and it's every natural.You can find it in Health island at store.

Some options: 1. Take a blistering concentrate drink like blistering milk, blistering chocolate or Horlicks. Milk contains a substance that makes one sleepy. 2. Try camomile repast or valerian tea... nous you valerian smells like sweaty socks but it entireness really well. Camomile is also good but not as effective. goodluck
