Yes all kinds of sleeping pills are addictive, moreover they hit side personalty too. to intend rid of insomnia(sleeplessness) you crapper try following. 1)Drink warm milk before going to bed. 2)eat bananas in afternoon or in evening. 3)try some yoga, especially pranayama. 4)do some fleshly exercise (light work out). 5)avoid tea or coffee in night time. hope this will help for you,for further information feel free to send message to me.

Well Addiction produces compulsive take hunt behavior. Now classifying drugs or things in gerneral as addictive or not is hard, whatever would argue that TV or acid is addicting but others would feature they hate one or both of those things. It is just the way that your body reacts and how interdependent if some you become on it. Tylonle PM is a mix of ibeprophin and diphedramine. In my oppinion I'd be more worried most the ibeprophen or anything simalar running through my liver. The bottom line is "shit happens" and if for whatever reason you do somehow get addicted(very unlikly)m, or interdependent as most people mistake these two, I do not want to verify you cut every ties and go wild. But you sould be fine. If you over use, this would be called abuse, them then the can be a risk of you becomeing somwhat interdependent on them but by no means addicted. You will just want them not hit to hit them or display compulsive take hunt behavior. I've never met some one that ruined there life and oversubscribed there house to support there addiction to Tylonal PM. ;)
