 Headache meth gratify serious answers?

Yesterday I was respiration meth and all of a explosive I get this weird extremely painfull push like headache. It got worse when I got up and it then shifted to behind my eyeballs. I was also sweating profusely I was soaked dripping in sweat. Wat happens to me?
