Go to your local health food accumulation in vitamins and herbs. Whole foods, wild oats, some is around you.I would reccommed the tictures, not teas or capsules. Valerian root stinks like stinky feet. PS. Get the glycerin as anti to beverage - it's waaaaay easier to verify down.

In stores like Walmart it won't be with the nutritional and OTC drugs from my experience, but module be with the herbal teas (most or the clerks won't undergo what it is if you ask at the pharmacy desk). At my topical grocery market, I find it in the nonsynthetic food country by the herbal teas. If your grocer does not have Valerian, go to a topical health food or natural medicine store. However, most of the time, from my experience, if a accumulation has an nonsynthetic food section, it module have Valerian.
