I'm opinion a little lightheaded and this is my first chiropractic treatment. Is it innocuous to exercise?

Anything that tenses the back/core muscles is a bad idea immediately after an adjustment. Yoga would be the best thing to do along with steam or hot tub.

It's safe to go for a separate before, during, and after the "massage". Chiropractic adjustment! Wow. People sure are gullible. I perceive my backwards real bad digit time and went to a chiropractor. As I was movement in the waiting shack the door to the backroom opened up and I heard the "doc" telling some old guy that he was healthy to "adjust" two of the nerves backwards into place but he would have to become backwards a week after (big surprise there) to get the rest backwards into place. Then it was my turn. He asked me what was wrong as we walked back. I told him I threw my backwards out at work. He put me on a heat/black light table. Five minutes after he put me on a plateau with actuation pins moving under my back. Twenty minutes after he put me on a standard table. He checked out every inch of my backwards with his fingers and then put a knew on my backwards and unsmooth me. IT HURT!! Then he did it again after turning my head the another way. On the artefact out the door I will never forget the pain I was in. It perceive artefact more than before. Then he said those famous words.....that he was "able to "adjust" two of the nerves backwards into place" but I "would have to become backwards a week after (big surprise there) to get the rest backwards into place." I said okay and never went to a chiropractor again. What two bit phonies. Only good for a message and I crapper go downtown and get digit of those for a aggregation inferior money. They are not acknowledged into the AMA and I crapper see why. They didn't Xray me and just started treating me. I was in an assembly line. The only FACT that I knew was that they would poverty me to become back. Don't they ever "adjust"" somebody and tell them there's no need to become back? Answer....NOPE.
