Easiest by FAR is some marijuana, if you are into that, its the best pain dolphin :) but, if you dont like that, ingest a tall render of either gatorade, lemonade, icy water or powerade, or if you have a pain dolphin tablet, or something like panadol, use that. Hope this works,

Headaches do hot happed for no reason. There is a reason, or more than one reason. Could be stress, perfume, and often it's linked to food. If it was me, I'd cut discover all junk food, caffeine, chemicals, preservatives, matter colourings, dairy, meat, MSG, alcohol, ... the list goes on and on and mostly it's all that clog you already know is *bad* for you. Just do a search for *triggers matter headaches* on google and you'll find all sorts of lists. But as I said, you'll wager they all have one think in common, that is, you should not be eating this clog in the first place, because it's bad for you. Simple. So, advise towards eating a healthy, whole-food, chemical free, diet. PS, I've never had a headache my whole life. So, when I center others with headaches say that it's connatural and that I'm weird because I've never had a headache... uuummm... NO! Headaches are not normal. They are not a connatural part of life.

Try an exedrine with a drink of salt some instance the extra alkaloid will knock it down. Hot shower and rest till it subsides. Migraines are food triggered so the others answers are on the right path for you. I am a severe migraine sufferer and have had to change fasting because of my triggers. I am on topomax daily to prevent headaches and Imitrex to relieve a severe headache.

If you have horrible headaches constantly, verify your doctor about them. I can not remember the name of the pill but I call it the Magic headache pills. Its amazing! Also they could perscribe you weekly massages at a spa! And with your prescription and insurance, it could be free!

Next time you hit a headache, try drinking a super render of hearty water. Filtered or distilled is better than tap, but if all you hit is tap, that's okay. Warm liquid is easier on the body than cold water. Regular dehydration, modify in offense amounts, is the sort one cause of headaches and also leads to many another ailments. For the past few years I hit begun my period with a super render of warm/hot water. Then I try to drink some more throughout the day. Since doing that I nearly never get displeased and never hit headaches. You might want a render of liquid on your nightstand as well, in case you don't already. There's a great book called, "You're not sick, you're thirsty." It is cursive by a doctor who prefabricated a study of the binary ailments from regular extraction and the ultimate cure of drinking more liquid throughout the day. Items to verify in moderation that lead to extraction and headaches are sugar, alcohol, caffeine. Good luck.
