The question is how many mg would it take to kill? Your answer is around 12000mg (or 12g) for a cyanogenic dose. So that's approximately 60 pills at 200mg each. Death by paracetomol dose is long and painful!

it depends of course on size and coefficient of the person. about 40 can be a noxious pane for an average adult. it can cause liver failure about two or three days later and a piteous modification due to that after a couple of days, i guess. just stick to the prescription to avoid severe side effects. if overdosed it haw not kill you, but can ease harm your liver.
