Please dont tell any bullsh!t about how i shudnt be smokin pot! Dont tell me any bullsh!t that i shudnt be smokin pot! and meet for the achievement my friend weighed about 100kg when he started smokin, and today he weighs ammo 85kg....he doesnt eat when he has the munchies

i wouldn't say it helps with weight loss, the opposite actually. i utilised to smoke it myself and gained weight due to it making me constantly hungry. in fact in the past it has been utilised with anorexics to make them eat. so i don't know who told you it can make you lose weight.

Actually, yes. & before you every hit a thumbs down party, permit me vindicate myself :P Weed gives you the munchies, yes, but here's the deal. When you start eating when you hit the munchies, if you take "heavy" foods same soups, sandwiches, pasta, essentially Anything Except junk food...(cause eating something same cheese puffs module not attain you feel as full, since it's a "light" food), you WON'T be able to take as much. Even though it haw taste better, after you hit a little, you module feel incredibly flooded & stuffed, & kibosh eating. Also, if you respiration a lot, you'll move untill you're broad to eat. (seriously, when i used to respiration every day, i would move till i smoked, then i'd eat. No concern how famished i was i would be like, i'll spend it for when i smoke. Then i'd smoke, & i'd get flooded really fast....& then after when i wasn't broad anymore, i would be like, it won't taste as good now. I'll just take later.) Oh & another thing. A aggregation of people don't take when they hit the muchies. Like when you respiration (i did this sometimes myself), you think that if you start eating when you hit the munchies, you module not stop. (which is true if you take "light" junk food...[aka concern that seems light in your stomach, but is flooded of fat & sugar & salt, etc] ...so you don't take it. Wereas if you were not lit, you would most likely not care, & it wouldn't even cross your nous not to take it, cause hey, after all, you don't hit the munchies so you can take just a *few* LOL, we every know that never works :P) IDK if that made sense, but yeah. That's why i feeel same it WILL help you lax weight, although if someone were to ask me how to lax weight, the terminal abstract that would come to nous is tracheophyte :P Peace out! Edit- To Educated Smoker: Yeah, i've heard that tracheophyte increases metabolism as well. The abstract i question is, does it increase it significantly sufficiency to help with coefficient loss? Hmmm, maybe it does, i would envisage if you respiration it a lot. That makes significance :P

Therefore, you are executing calories at a faster rate, and get hungry. If you were to not eat when you get the munchies, you would still be executing calories at a faster rate, and not intaking any calories. As a result, you would lose weight. As for people who gain coefficient while smoking marijuana, that is for people overindulging when getting the munchies. They eat so much so sporadically that their embody doesn't have time to let them undergo they're full until after the fact.

i wouldn't say it helps with coefficient loss, the oppositeness actually. i utilised to smoke it myself and gained coefficient due to it making me constantly hungry. in fact in the past it has been utilised with anorexics to make them eat. so i don't know who told you it can make you lose weight.

Actually, yes. & before you all have a thumbs downbound party, permit me explain myself :P Weed gives you the munchies, yes, but here's the deal. When you move intake when you have the munchies, if you take "heavy" foods same soups, sandwiches, pasta, essentially Anything Except junk food...(cause intake something same cheese puffs module not make you feel as full, since it's a "light" food), you WON'T be able to take as much. Even though it haw discernment better, after you have a little, you module feel incredibly flooded & stuffed, & stop eating. Also, if you respiration a lot, you'll wait untill you're high to eat. (seriously, when i utilised to respiration every day, i would wait dirt i smoked, then i'd eat. No concern how hungry i was i would be like, i'll save it for when i smoke. Then i'd smoke, & i'd intend flooded really fast....& then later when i wasn't high anymore, i would be like, it won't discernment as good now. I'll meet take later.) Oh & another thing. A lot of people don't take when they have the muchies. Like when you respiration (i did this sometimes myself), you think that if you move intake when you have the munchies, you module not stop. That's why i feeel same it WILL help you loose weight, although if someone were to ask me how to loose weight, the last abstract that would come to nous is tracheophyte :P Peace out! Edit- To Educated Smoker: Yeah, i've heard that tracheophyte increases metastasis as well. The abstract i discourse is, does it increase it significantly enough to help with weight loss? Hmmm, maybe it does, i would imagine if you respiration it a lot. That makes significance :P

Yes, hemp potentially could cause weight loss. The reason that people get 'the munchies' when they smoke hemp is because it increases your metabolism. Therefore, you are executing calories at a faster rate, and get hungry. If you were to not eat when you get the munchies, you would still be executing calories at a faster rate, and not intaking any calories. As a result, you would lose weight. As for people who acquire weight while smoking marijuana, that is for people overindulging when getting the munchies. They eat so much so sporadically that their body doesn't have instance to let them undergo they're full until after the fact.
