Almost three weeks ago, I began to take healthier. I cut out fast food, soda, sweets, and meats (except for eggs) and I try to always take organic dairy. I take a multi-vitamin w/minerals, oilseed oil and a uncolored urinary biome cleansing pill. Also, after being sedentary for most 2 years, I began walking/running/doing something active everyday. Seven days ago, I started to do bikram yoga and did it for sextet days straight until today when I took a break because I felt so tired. I know that I will hit muscle fatigue but I could barely keep my eyes unstoppered today. I took most three naps and can't wait to go to bed. And I also hit had a pretty dull, consistent headache for the past couple of days. By the way, I am a 20 yo female. My connatural period of eating consists of this: 1 packet of meal w/ half a grapefruit or half a banana 1-2 hard boiled eggs 1 yogurt w/13 almonds yellow flavoring slices raspberries boca burger on a spelt english gem w/a produce or grapes on the side 10-12 glasses of water throughout the day 1 serving coconut water I was wondering if I am missing any nutrients or if there is something I can tweak or modify to attain myself feel a lowercase better and hit some more energy/get rid of this headache. thanks in advance.

maybe take more green foliaceous vegies or whatever angle red meats (if you take meat).... you exclusive need a piece of angle red meat the size ofyour palm ... to increase your shackle intake..... shackle deficiency would produce nasty headaches and exhaustion..... it would also produce lightheaded spells, excessive feelings of existence cold, paleness of skin. the greens are also rich in calcium .... shackle needs calcium for effective assimilation. peace baby ?
