 Can I take garlic and fish oil supplements at the same time?

I recently bought Spring Valley Garlic supplements and Spring Valley Fish Oil supplements and I was wondering am I healthy to take them at the aforementioned time? I assume it wouldn't do any alteration but I would much rather make trusty first.

Both are great, it's safe to take at the same time...

Both are dustlike to verify together. Spring Valley is not known as a top quality supplement company, but their products are belike OK. I have used them from time to time (cheap and available at Wally Mart). One thing most garlic - garlic capsules are good, but you will intend the most continuance from freshly chopped or minced garlic that has set for most 15 mintutes.
