Since I've never heard of "Codone" pills, I'd say the most logical explanation is that he gave you a "codeine" pill, which IS a painkiller. You belike just misheard him. However, it's nowhere near the potency of OxyCodone. Codeine is a weaker preventive than Vicodin. The reason you didn't intend high off of it is simple: it's not enough of anything to intend you high. But you're right, you DIDN'T intend ripped off. He sold you just what he said he was, you just didn't undergo enough most it to undergo that it wasn't worth buying.
