 I can't sleep. What are some natural tips to help?

I hit taken ambien, lunesta, ambien cr, all that stuff. I'm afraid of developing an addiction to these medications. I already take 3mg of meletonin and I hit for a while. I undergo that this is a large amount. I hit been taking things like unisom and sominex and I hate being reliant on these medications to hit any form of sleep.
