I'm sure you haw not want to hear this, but the exclusive thing that module impact safely and naturally is time.
Unfortunately, nothing can force your body to acquire taller than your polymer says you module and time is all it takes to make that growth happen.
There are whatever things that can take away from your potential peak (like you said, coffee/caffeine, smoking, drugs, etc), so as long as you stay away from those, exercise at least on a semi-regular basis, and hit a healthy diet, you should acquire as gangly as you're supposed to. Besides all that, your ontogeny geezerhood normally peaks around 20 years old, so if you're younger than that, you've got plenty of time to finish ontogeny and some HGH pills (or other "artificial growth" products) can actually be detrimental to your peak and/or health. If you are over 20 years old, HGH won't help with peak anyway because your clappers would hit already fused.
The exclusive thing that actually would impact aside from that would be a risky, expensive, and rattling painful surgery where they cut your leg in half (no joke), add a few spacers, then let your body heal. It's most common in China where peak has a bigger impact in certain jobs. Over the course of a year or two, they could add an inch or so to your leg... but I don't conceive it would be worth the pain and toll myself.
However, there are insoles that module help to boost your peak because they are adding the height, not making you acquire taller.

There are people who get taller from the growth products, but those are the people who aren't done ontogeny and would hit probable grown to that peak without the product anyway. You can ask virtually some doctor or practitioner discover there and they'll tell you the same thing... it haw not be the respond you want to hear, but it is faithful and it's not disagreeable to delude you a product.
