Okay, so I meet got a HUGE send at school where I have to learn or try something new. I get five weeks to do it, and I have to document nearly every travel of the way. The thing is, I rattling don't know what I want to do. Does anyone have ideas?? I've come up with a few ideas, but not many of them would work, because they either would take likewise such time, likewise such effort, or likewise such monay. So basically, I need something, that won't interfere likewise such with my another obligations, and that won't outlay likewise much.

Well reiki is a scam so don't do that! Meditation has to be the easiest, or base yoga.

Try Meditation! There are so many differnent ways to go most it, that you could also inform on that. I started with "guided meditation" which means you just go to the library and get a c/d that guides you through it. After you get the hang of it you haw or haw not want to use a guide. Read some books and get different imagery. It has been life dynamical for me, it's free and can be totally taylor prefabricated for your schedule. Try a 20min bottom time meditation and inform on if it really helps you to sleep better. What a great project!
