 Why was I Craving Tomatoes/Tomato Sauce?

I just got really bad allergies this morning and for lunch I had a serious, strong, and fantastic craving for herb sauce with pasta. So I made some and as soon as I ate it I felt less lethargic, barely sneezed, my eyes stopped watering, and the sinuses in my head cleared up right away. This is a beatific thing. But I find it kind of strange, ground did this happen?
