Yes, a total waste of time. Being told I can have backwards pain well by a simple foot massage was a bit patronising to be honest.

Reflexology is basically a glorified foot massage, and an expensive one at that. Essential oils and foot massages are relaxing, but they won't cure disease.

I used to have foot reflexology finished occassionally, but not for anything specific, just to feel better. And yes, it did work for that. More energy. I've never proven it for other reasons so cannot comment.
