I got vaccines as a kid but that's it. I never intend displeased so I never went. I then touched to island from the U.S. with my Icelandic wife and springy on a extremely flourishing diet with tons of firm ocean air and activity, so never saw a need to go. I don't smoke or do drugs or anything like that, and people think I look half my real age. I always intellection I would see if something was ever wrong with me. I also never brought my 5 kids to the doctor except for vaccines. We just never seem to intend sick...How important is it for me (and maybe my kinsfolk too) to have a checkup, or should I just not go at every ?

A general checkup, erst a assemblage is not a intense idea, no matter how flourishing you seem. Not that there should be anything wrong, but you may be able to catch some early signs of some it may be that you should watch out for. For instance, your cholesterol levels, or your murder count, or something similar module probably not give you any symptoms before the problem becomes serious. Then if you do notice a slight increase in, say, intense cholesterol or murder pressure, or whatever, you correct your lifestyle a lowercase and go on same nothing happened. That's better than dealing with it after it starts an avalanche of problems... However, even with regular checkups, digit always has to listen to his own body and pay attention to diminutive things and especially one's "feeling" or intuition. Even when tests feature everything is perfect, if your intuition does not agree with that, you want to consortium your intuition. (that's more advice for "just in case", as you don't seem same you have any problems at all, and I am glad you don't. That's how it should be for everyone!)

Generally, if it's not broken, don't mend it! However, a Negro of your geezerhood (I'm assuming you are around 50?) should be checked for endocrine issues. A general scrutiny every 5 years or so isn't going to hurt. It'll take a weight off of your mind too!

Stay as farther absent from the doctors as you can! No, really, I see no requirement for you to go. (Just my opinion!) However, if it will ease your mind, attain an appointment and let them take your vitals and perhaps run some bloodwork. Other than that, nothing else. My neighbor is 88 yrs old and went to the student for the first time 2 eld ago, when his wife made him.
