 Are pinched nerves serious?

I hit been experiencing neck pain and just recently went to my chiropractor to encounter out that i hit digit pinched nerves in my back... he didn't say much else and i am feat back within the incoming digit days.. should i be worried?

being that the mentality controls all parts and functions of the body through the nerves, having them pinched is of concern, as it distorts the impulses they carry and in turn, causes pathology in the parts receiving these distorted messages. i would not worry if the chiropractor is correcting the cause of the difficulty by precisely correcting the upper neck, which is the origin of the interference.
