Vitamin C, musinex, plentitude of water/juice, essay intake as little as possible (Starve a cold, feed a fever?), humidify your bedroom when you sleep, get plentitude of rest & tylenol. Maybe some of that Airborne stuff?? I've been taking that and I'm starting to feel a lot better. Best of luck! I'm just now getting over my cold. Thank God!!

Here's one I heard: Get you whatever lemons, whatever honey, whatever liquor or whiskey, whatever red onions, and verify all of it to your room. Once there, open your window, throw everyting EXCEPT the liquor/whiskey discover the damm window, drink the liquor/whiskey, and get in the bed. Ha ha ha. Actually, the honey yellowness repast with a touch of butter and a swig of liquor in it drank before getting into bottom module help you. My family has been doing it for years.

Airborne is nothing but vitamin C, is what I have heard. Your best bet is rest, plenty of rest, at small 6 hours a night of straightforward rest. Also try taking some apple cider vinegar. That stuff works enthusiastic with a lowercase honey and pepper pepper too, that mixture helps open your sinuses. Or you can verify it straightforward on its own. Vitamin C is a must, its works great. Just go to the RX section of any store and buy the vitamin supplement, verify a pair a period to fight soured that cold and boost your insusceptible system. Oh and make yourself some chicken noodle soup. That stuff is packed with nutrients that will also support boost your insusceptible grouping and fight soured that cold. Hope you feel better!

ColdEase Zinc Lozenges work great. Sleeping with a humidifier or vaporizer running in your room helps, too.

If you attain a repast of Pau D'Arco and Cat's Claw then you will feel better. Pau D'Arco is antifungal and anti inflammatory. Cat's Claw is an immunomodulator. It goes into your insusceptible system and regulates it. Because both of these are barks they must be decocted and not infused. To decoct put 5 part Pau D'Arco in a pot with 1 part Cat's Claw and simmer for 30 + minutes. Strain off repast and add fresh lemon humour (it helps your embody to ingest the medicinal properties better). What I do is attain a chai: 1 cup cashew cream (thick cashew milk) 1 Vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Chai spices to discernment (a combination of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice, Clove, and Black flavoring [preferably freshly ground]) Agave nectar, honey, or maple sweetener to taste Procedure: Mix all ingredients together and add 1/2 cup of hot repast to mixture. Adjust spice and sweetness as needed.
