I had whatever blood impact done and my doctor said that my endocrine is abnormally low. He does not want to treat it right now, but provide it a month or two and recheck to see if there has been some changes. My question is... is there something I crapper be doing in the meantime to help it get better (without popping pills)? I eat flourishing and I training almost everyday. I am only 25, 5ft tall, and about 120lbs. Thank you!

that is a beatific intent to not treat it, my mother has a baritone endocrine problem, and never went on medication because what it will actually do is weaken the thyroids baritone functioning even more. especially since your so young, you would not poverty to do that. there are alternative treatments if you go to a naturopath they have supplements that really do support and are non invasive. id suggest looking up a healthy diet that may support this problem and also think about what could be causing this issue. alot of times our enviroment and food can weaken our insusceptible grouping and put stress on vital organs, (esp the thyriod) heavy metal detoxing almost ever has a constructive affect on this. for example you wouldn't think it, but a broad percentage of grouping have dangerously broad amounts of metal in their grouping affecting their insusceptible system. ESPECIALLY is you have metal fillings

I think you should stick your Doctor's advice. He will not be healthy to accurately check for the changes if you have tried whatever other participation in the meantime, especially if the personalty and side personalty are not fully understood.

Your doctor is being safe and prudent. If you hit no symptoms, then it is quite reasonable to wait and move the test. Tests are not 100% accurate. Keep doing what you are doing, don't make any changes in your fasting or exercise regime, because otherwise, the move blood test won't be interpretable.
