I've noticed a momentous disparity in attitudes among the scrutiny types. Some Mds seem to understand and 'like' alternative practitioners patch others completely lose their minds and regurgitate the same stale arguments their predecessors did over the course of the past century about the same practitioners. Will there become a period when the neolithic attitudes of the narrow minded Md fades away? Would it make it easier if we 'all' simply got paid for our services without having to fight the shelter companies? Is that the primary think for the bile, competition? Tink If 'if' you scrutiny types took the time to understand the focus of a chiropractor, you would know that the focus is not to 'treat' the disease or condition. this is where the Medhead thinking is skewed. You administer 'your' paradigm to everyone added and call it an discussion against some you are railing against. No, we do not treat duodenal hernias with a neck adjustment. neolithic thinking suggests that chemistry is the 'only' answer.

Is the primary reason for the bile that you have to fight the shelter companies? If it works, MDs use it and it's called medicine. If it doesn't work, it's not used by MDs and it's called 'alternative medicine'. People playing at doctors will occasionally use it to select money from the gullible though. Now, are you feat to log in with your another account, display a load of hokum and then vote for it as BA like you did with your another question?

Some MDs who "employ alt med" have irrecoverable what they've scholarly in medical edifice and are now in it for the money. They don't tending that they're gift bogus cures to their patients. A doctor worth his salt would give the prizewinning tending to his patients. The prizewinning tending usually effectuation the treatments that are proven to impact and will not give the patient simulated hope and wasted money. Are you going to answer this question with your other account and pick that one as prizewinning answer same you did with this one? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=As5NGCHDkcE4bm9IFhPxMlDsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20100831062339AAsmR2O&show=7#profile-info-z5Bpjqkmaa Then you tell yourself, "Outstanding." Good grief.

You really are quite obtuse. Some Doctors have quack tendencies. Particularly the ones who would rather be liked than right. Some entertain AltMed simply because it's what some patients like, it's almost consanguine to religion. It's nonsense, but it's satisfactory to some. Medicine is today more evidence based than ever, and AltMed has no place in medicine. If it works, it simply isn't Alternative. Here in the UK, the number of sCAM referrals have dropped dramatically in the last few years. You never seem to address the fact that the eld of AltMed is implausible as substantially as unprovable. There are a restricted number of MDs who also practice AltMed (not so much here in the UK), but it's a large cognitive dissonance, they are best ignored. And isn't it a bit self bringing to post a question with one account, respond with another then give yourself BA? =========================================== You're basically trying to bullshit us by skirting ammo requirements that something has to have demonstrated evidence of efficacy before it's deemed efficient. Thats childish, but some quacks use this and claim that chiropractic promotes the bodies knowledge to ameliorate itself. But there is no logical reason why chiropractic adjustments would do this. You are still trying to Tu quoque your way out of being an apologist for unproven woo and still imperfectness miserably. Either wage evidence or accept the limitations of your "profession" and stop whining.

A false assumption is that tralatitious scrutiny practitioners meet welfare out pills and don't discuss style modification....... The "same bad arguments" persist because they are based on FACT - or I should feature the ABSENCE of proof of effectualness of numerous alternate therapies. As an dweller trained/licensed Osteopathic physician - I ingest spinal/muscle manipulative techniques and crapper tell you for a fact that - in many instances - I crapper give INSTANT relief from different aches and pains....WHEN the appropriate case is chosen. The "problem" with Chiropractors is that some will claim to be able to treat every manner of untreatable problems with manipulation. Manipulation is not a panacea....homeopathy is not a panacea....reflexology is not a panacea....accupuncture is not a panacea... tralatitious scrutiny practice is not a panacea.... Some of these crapper help, some do null at all, MOST alternative therapies at least do no harm (unless you count people AVOIDING tralatitious scrutiny tending and sometimes a CURE) as harm.... neolithic thinking ALSO suggests that touching is the 'only' answer....... There's an old locution that comes to mind: If the exclusive agency you hit is a hammer, then pretty soon, every problems begin to look same nails. American Osteopathic physicians offer tralatitious medications/surgery AND manipulative care.....why go to a LIMITED practitioner?

i think you realize by now what you are dealing with. these are the hornlike set ignorant, brainwashed and delusional types who worship their simulated god they call "science". grouping that put bags over their heads, then insist they wager no evidence of what you say. if you want to annoy the inferno out of them, tell them some stories most your patients who got substantially by not mass an allopath's advice. they dislike it because they have no defense for it. their choice of b.s. excuses is restricted to "it's placebo effect" (not likely, especially when it keeps happening) , or unqualified fabrication by the patients (extremely unlikely). they really dislike hearing most grouping getting well-such accounts always draw numerous thumbs down from them.
